2017 High Holiday Seating Form

Please download and complete the 2017 High Holiday Seating Form for the High Holiday seats you are requesting in both the men’s and ladies’ sections of the shul.  All seating must be paid for in advance of the High Holidays.  Seating assignments will be not be made until payment is received.  You must be a member in good standing to pay the membership rate.  A member is in good standing is one whose membership dues are paid in full for all prior years.[1]  High Holiday seating assignments will be on a first come, first served basis after 15 September 2017.  If paying by check please specify on the memo line that it is for High Holiday seating.  Please use this form to reply even if you will not be at Etz Chaim for the High Holidays.

2017 Yizkor Booklet Form

Please download, fill out and e-mail this form to marty@classic-communications.com.  Enter “Yizchor 2017” in the subject line of your e-mail.  Alternatively, mail this form to:  Marty Bauman, Classic Communications, 38 Mechanic Street, Suite 101, Foxboro, MA 02035.

Send payments to shul treasurer, Dr. Leonard Gerber (addressed to the shul at 74 Billings Street, Sharon, MA 02067) or place them in the Treasurer’s box on the men’s side of the shul on the left side of the sifre kodesh bookshelf.  All questions about the 2017 Yizchor Booklet should be addressed to Marty Bauman at (508) 698-6810 during business hours.

2017 Lulav and Etrog Order Form

Please fill out and e-mail this form to Alan Pass.  Send payments to shul treasurer, Dr. Leonard Gerber (addressed to the shul) or place them in the Treasurer’s box on the men’s side of the shul next to the sifre kodesh.  All questions about the 2017 lulav and etrog orders should be addressed to Alan Pass.
